There are many wonderful sites on the net that can give you a wealth of information and images of Northern Michigan, and we’re glad to be able to share this information with you by providing links to some of these sites.  This site will not try to duplicate that information here, but will instead offer members of this online community a place in which to discuss Northern Michigan.  Join our community by registering in the forums and participating in discussions about our area.

This site was created to give both citizens of Northern Michigan and people living outside the area a place to socialize and talk about travel, vacationing, fishing, hunting, boating, and many other topics.

The Forums area (accessed from the main menu) is the community area of the site and where most people will spend their time.  After registering (very quick and painless) you will be able to participate in the various discussion areas there.  You can view the Forums as a guest, but cannot post until registered.

We also have a photo gallery available where we will be placing various pictures and images which anyone can browse through, and registered members will be able to create their own photo albums and upload photos.

There is a Classifieds section where you can place a free ad to sell/trade/give away anything you like.  Boat, snowmobile, bike, trailer, house, old leather chair - whatever you want.  Let’s get some items in there, the more items in this section the more likely people will browse through it on a regular basis.

And lastly we have - for those with a few extra minutes on their hands - an Arcade to pass a little time.  The Arcade consists of a large number of fun little games, most of which allow you to keep a score so you can play against other members of the community.  You can even hold small Tournaments against other members.  The Arcade can be found in the Forums section main menu.  You must be a registered user to see and play in the Arcade.

We want this site to be a real community where you can come and socialize with others, so be sure and sign up.  And suggest to friends and family they do the same.
